CINNAMON GINGER MUSTARD

Grind:

  • 2 tb mustard seeds (I used brown)
  • 1 ½ tsp mustard powder

Put in mixing bowl and add 2 tb water. Allow to breathe for 3 to 4 hours.

Then mix in:

  • 1 tb white wine
  • 1 tb sugar
  • 2 tsp chopped crystallized ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
